NZSIP is a Cromwell-based company that specialises in manufacturing and supplying Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) for residential and commercial buildings. Founded in 2016, NZSIP has become a leader in the industry, offering innovative building solutions that combine energy efficiency, durability, and design flexibility.

At NZSIP, we are proud to work alongside a team of SIP specialists who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and expertise to our clients from architects, engineers, and builders who work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and create SIP solutions that meet their exact specifications. We believe that building sustainable homes and buildings is not only good for the environment, but it also creates healthier and more comfortable living and working spaces for people. As a result, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable building practices and educating our clients and the wider community about the benefits of using SIPs for construction.

We have delivered more than 130 building projects over  the past six years across New Zealand from Stewart Island to Waiheke Island. These have included  projects for residential, research and development, light industrial, commercial, and tourism sectors.
